Dr. Meagan Keefe is a board-certified dermatologist. She is a graduate of the Plan II Honors program at University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em Horns), where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with High Honors. She earned her medical degree from UT Health San Antonio, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. She completed her internal medicine internship at UT Health San Antonio before completing her Dermatology Residency at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, New York.

 

Prior to joining Austin Skin Physicians, she was in private practice in Brooklyn, NY and on faculty at Vanderbilt University as an Assistant Professor.

Dr. Keefe practices medical and cosmetic dermatology. She enjoys caring for patients with a variety of skin conditions. She strives to ensure her patients feel included in decision making and understand their treatment plan. Special interests include skin cancer detection and prevention, acne, and integrative dermatology.

In her free time, Dr. Keefe likes to run at Town Lake, hike with her dog, and travel.
